S.A.F.E. Swimming for life.

  • S.A.F.E. Swim I

S.A.F.E. Swim I is swimming lessons designed for children of all ages, beginning at the “crawling stage”. In S.A.F.E. Swim I children learn appropriate swimming postures, including swimming face down, rotating onto their backs to a floating position, which allows the child to rest and breathe, then returning to a face-down swim position. This sequence is repeated till the child reaches safety/water’s edge.

  • S.A.F.E. Swim II

The purpose of maintenance swimming lessons is for children to retain and refine the valuable skills they have learned and to increase a child’s confidence gained in S.A.F.E Swim I. Maintenance lessons are held 1-3 times per week depending on desired skill achievement level.

  • S.A.F.E. Swim III

Stroke training and development at S.A.F.E. Swim III level is swimming lessons concentrated on increasing stroke skill including: Freestyle, Breaststroke, Butterfly, and Backstroke.
